Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Puerto Rico: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup / Local Delivery 

We offer local pickup in Bayamón. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a message to coordinate pickup.

Local delivery may be available depending on location.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address error results in returned or lost packages, additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping 

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot estimate these charges as they vary by country.
